Thanks for sharing your perspective. First and foremost, I’d like to ask you to reach out to me directly about the issue of a new leader mistreating female employees. Forrester does not tolerate discrimination of any kind. I’d also like to add some additional context to a few of your comments. We have actually reinstated merit increases for employees this year, which are effective July 1. As far as bonuses for 2023, it’s important to remember that half of an employee’s bonus is determined by their individual performance, regardless of company performance. There has not been any decision made about bonuses in 2023. In regards to your comment around contacting HR, we do of course have more ways to get in touch than a simple form. Employees can call in to the Employee Experience Resource Center or come see the team in person. From there, your concern is routed to the person in EX who can best support you. The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.
