CEO - FIRE HIM! The company is Public...He doesn't listen to his employees and refuses to listen to our client feedback on his ridiculous Forrester Decisions/'CV' idea. "We look at the data..." yet our own research contradicts every word out of his mouth. "We hear our employees.." Meanwhile, every Glint survey (EX survey) proves the exact opposite. People hate it here because of his decisions. PAY - If you want to ruin your employees lives, at least compensate and pay them accordingly. CEO is so out of touch with Cost of Living and inflation (mainly because , in his mind, he's still in his garage from 40 years ago) and it shows. He wants employees to "invest in the company" but refuses to invest in the people who fill his pockets. All I can say is....Forrester is lucky every other company is lowballing when it comes to Job offers. He's about to lose his workforce.
