      Pros

      Hard to come up with at this point. Some great colleagues, but they’re dwindling and fading just as I am.

      Cons

      Stagnant, almost laughable (if I wasn’t crying) pay that is well below market rates. Can hardly afford to live on the salary Forrester pays. But can hardly find the time to apply elsewhere given the amount of work now shouldered on all of us picking up the slack from the recent and ongoing layoffs. And when asked if the ELT can understand this, they tell us to keep grinding and to work harder, and we’ll be fine. Can you imagine thinking that’s the right messaging in the face of layoffs and legitimate concern? Gaslighting and coldness. This place has been one slap in the face after the next.

      Pros

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      Cons

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.

      Smart people work here, work-life balance is ideal if you have a good manager.

      Cons

      Morale is low, leadership is extremely out of touch with the sentiments of the workforce.
