      Pros

      fun place to work, good benefits, if you got the right account manager you had more opportunity to learn and move up

      Cons

      ramp was lacking, they kind of just throw you in while explaining all the wrong things and none of the useful information you need to really start doing your job well. too many useless meetings and people to report to

Your remarks touch upon work that has been done over the last year to integrate Team Leads into our training, so a new hire can learn first hand what to expect in the role from an experienced ADM. Additionally, I'm happy to report that through continued coaching and development by ADM managers, we have promoted 26 ADMs in the past 2 years. We are always looking for better ways to see success, and appreciate all input that make us check in on our performance.

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.

      Smart people work here, work-life balance is ideal if you have a good manager.

      Morale is low, leadership is extremely out of touch with the sentiments of the workforce.
