I am sorry to hear that you felt opportunities had diminished while you were here. We believe career development is important for all and hence we have multiple upskilling programs like Open Sesame for anytime learning and leadership development programs catering to new managers and leaders. We do agree that merit and promotions remain a critical way that we invest in our employees. As shared internally, merit increases and promotions effective April will be communicated to employees in just a few weeks. In terms of employee development, we are excited to roll out new programs this year aimed at helping managers hone their leadership skills and supporting employees as they grow their careers.
