One of the things I value most is the ability to create impactful financial wellness programs that truly meet people where they are without judgment or pressure. Pros: * The culture encourages creativity, relationship building, and community involvement. * I’ve been able to collaborate with schools, nonprofits, businesses, and military organizations in meaningful ways. * Team members genuinely care about serving others and improving our communities together. * There are many opportunities for growth, leadership, and innovation.

Cons: * Like any growing organization, there are always areas for continued communication and process improvements. Overall, I’m thankful for the experiences and opportunities I’ve had during my time here.

Honestly, this company is such a great place to work. The benefits and PTO are amazing, and I love the VTO and Stakeholders bonus program. Management genuinely encourages people to use their time off and maintain a healthy work-life balance instead of making employees feel guilty for taking a break. It’s refreshing to work somewhere that understands people have lives and responsibilities outside of work and really "walk the talk." There are also lots of opportunities to grow and level up in your career, and the overall vibe is super positive. The culture is fun, supportive, and not toxic like a lot of workplaces out there. Leadership genuinely wants people to succeed and always makes employees feel valued. And the CEO is super caring and involved, which you don’t see often. It really feels like a company that invests in its people and wants everyone to win.

Everyone can improve but there really are no cons.
