Pros

Nice salary, Stock option if you stay for long time in Company. Job security and health benefits

Cons

you are slave to them for 8 hours. You have to beg to manager to catch your breath. Two TAC locations EAST (Ottawa) and West(Burnaby). Ottawa work load is 200% and Burnaby is 30-40% but Burnaby engineers gets high salary and less work load. Many senior Engineers already left because of Toxic environment.

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

Cons

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
