Pros
Great products and solutions. Customer tractions and profitable which is an important cornerstone. Dedicated sales team and well tuned local/in country partner and reseller model. Professional managed sales model with great margins especially on services. At the time I was employed the benefit program was good including salary, stock plan and 401K.
Cons
Global customer structures not always aligned with the local partner model requirements. A bit political landscape to navigate if you are reporting to C level. Top down C-level decision making structure with a few decision makers at the top. EMEA Execs (mainly in France).
