1. Good work culture and Team. 2. Work life balance. 3. At par Salary with Industry

Cons

1. All Sales meet kept on hold. 2. No more foreign trips or any investment made to bring the team together at one place. 3. All Travel Expenses are being monitored at the minute level. 4. TR raising is a headache as management wants nitty gritty of the reason for Travel. In short company is moving towards "All Work and No Fun"

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
