Pros

When you see 1 fake review followed up 5 positive ones a day or two later- red flag. This means the company made employees make new users and create a positive review to mask the negative. Something to note as you read through these reviews. Ask about turnover in the interview process and take the time to message a few professionals who left the company just to get some feedback and understanding as to why they left.

Cons

First and foremost- you will not make enough money to even pay rent and living in a corporate apartment is the opposite of glamorous. DO not fall for it. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone- especially as a young college graduate. My college athletic department I could probably write 500 reasons but the short answer is- you will not make money here, this is not an opportunity any student athlete should take, you will likely be fired in 6-12 months anyways and the people you think are your friends aren't. Having left and connecting with 20 of my friends who are gone as well- the advice I would give is deny your next interview and never work here. For a brief better understanding here are some reasons why: 1. Senior Leadership is incredibly inappropriate making comments that are not appropriate in the workplace daily. They have told girls they can't go out in the field because they don't "look good enough" that day, mocked girls for then wearing heels or dressing up "too much" and made it a boys club where girls do not feel comfortable. They talk inappropriately about their wives in front of the sales pit and make daily remarks that violate HR regulations. 2. Lack of HR- when numerous inappropriate instances were noted- you could not report them to anyone because HR is not a thing at the company. Confidentially is not respected and the workplace is not one to feel comfortable in. 3. You are forced to move away from your family and friends and they mock those who have friendships outside of the company. I was forced to move to a city far from my family in order to "give me a new experience". This was really to isolate me and try to make it so I had no friends other than the company. When I then made my own friends and chose not to live with a coworker- I had multiple leadership meetings scolding me for doing so and not being "on the team". They are big on isolation and culture building and try to make it feel like you are a part of this awesome family. However- when people leave the company, you are forbidden from talking to them and the friendship is not allowed to be continued. Every year they do massive layoffs where 1-5 people in a hiring class stays and the rest are fired without a clear understanding as to why. 4. A company built on lies- when you get to "triple A" you have to call companies pretending to be someone else tricking them into meeting with you. Client relationships have been diminished months later once they discovered the relationship was initiated on lies and fake people. Many people have voiced the unethical approach in doing this and it goes completely ignored. 5. Senior leadership morals- you can't fix a horrible human and truly every Csuite leader is rotten to the core.

Pros

The communication from the recruiting team was outstanding throughout the entire hiring process. A special shout-out to the Director of Business Operations, who was always approachable, responsive, and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns promptly. Their professionalism made the onboarding experience smooth and stress-free. The hiring process was quick and efficient, with clear communication at every step. The payroll system is also straightforward, reliable, and easy to use, making timesheet submission and payments hassle-free. Overall, it has been a positive experience working with this contract hiring company. Their transparency, accessibility, and efficient processes make them a great partner for contract professionals.

Cons

The only area that could use improvement is the health insurance benefits, as they could be more comprehensive and offer better coverage. Other than that, I have not encountered any significant issues during my time with the company.
