The process was extremely simple.You can reach out any time you have a question via text message ,email or phone and you will get a response EVERY time within an hour.Typically less than an hour.They are friendly, caring and most importantly personable .They are your voice and will go the extra mile when they believe in you and will make sure you don't fail.They are encouraging and will believe in you even when you may be questioning yourself. You won't find a better team of recruiters. Especially Mitch and Mike. I worked with them personally that's why I say this. Your pay is directly deposited in your account and they give you health insurance the day you start! They check in with you often just to make sure you're doing okay and you don't have questions or concerns about anything! I love Fortitude and if I ever need a job again I will go no where but here!
Cons
You can't participate in all the perks the company you're working offers. Like bonuses for perfect attendance or the companies 401k etc..
