      Absolutely nothing, just wfh was the only thing why people are working

      Micromanagement, no scope of growth, extreme biasedness, too much politics, no work life balance, almost every weekend working

      Began as a collaborative and friendly environment to work, with amazing managers and coworkers.

      Eventually began to have resourcing issues and layoffs which stretched people thin.
