1. They treat their employees very poorly. No work life balance whatsoever. 2. When you ask for leaves manager will ask you to take permission from the entire study team members, even if you have a backup. Either they don’t understand the concept of ‘Back up’ or may be I have some issue understanding the meaning of this. Your leaves will lapse but your ‘study team members’ will not bother. 3. Don’t you dare ask about WFH if your hometown is in other states. They will only give you wfh for 2weeks and that too after you beg for days plus no leaves in between. 4. If you are sick and want to cancel the cab guess what you need permission from LM first then you will inform the transport to cancel the cab. What about morning shuft people whose cab comes at 4 in the morning? Mind that yoir manager will definitely not take your calls or reply to your at 3 in the night to give you the permission to take a leave or wfh. 4. Early hikes are very poor. You will give your 110% but in return they will give you 6-7%. 5. Senior associates think that they know everything and they will treat you poorly if your designation is below them. Ego is the primary concept here. 6. Training: Nobody knows what to do! Nobody knows what solution to give if you are stuck at somewhere. 7. Forget about growth here. Finding water on Mars is much easier than getting promoted. Nobody will appreciate uour hardwork not even a simple ‘thank you’. 8. I am not sure in terms of work what people learn here but they will definitely learn a lot about groupism here.
