Pros
There is no commute to work as I'm 50% homeoffice and the other 50% are travelling (travel = work). Job is reasonably paid, varied and interesting.
Cons
Onboarding training is done wrong. Way too much useless training, or at the wrong time (travel and expense training was more than 2 months before I actually needed it). There should be way more side visits as a team of an experienced and a new hire at the beginning.
