Dysfunctional management, non-competitive salaries, no promotions - Anonymous employee Fortrea Employee Review

Management is dysfunctional. Sometimes I wonder who I report to, as I get directives from peers as well as upper management. And forget about keeping up with the rate of inflation. A 2% raise while inflation is at 10% really doesn't work. I have not had a promotion in over 5 years. Forget about career advancement here.
