Very supportive team and management. Feel very comfortable in company direction. Good opportunities I feel ahead, hoping there is a path for promotion in the near future with support.
Cons
I think on-boarding could do with a bit of tweaking. Some of the sessions are covered over such small sessions with too much information - and not all were able to be finished.
