Pros
Great policies in favor of employees. Good work-life balance. Appraisal/Increment is very good as compared to other companies in same industry. Flexibility and work from home options available. Good leave/holiday policies. There is a lot to learn if someone is willing to learn.
Cons
- Promotions and growth is limited after spin-off to Fortrea; however, it is with all companies not just Fortrea. - Promotion really depends on mentality of your hierarchy managers; since we seen different timelines in different projects and hierarchies.
