Cons
- After spin off there seem to be a bottle neck with career progression. - many great financial tools that are not integrated together - Financial oversight ( at least trends and overall performance) - should be automated ASAP and issues be identified early and project team should be prompted accordingly - Top heavy- too many layers on the top. no need to have PD and DD they can be merged in one and work allocation should be based seniority and experience. -
