      Pros

      I learned a lot and was able to take in a lot of extra tasks. My direct management was amazing and I stayed longer than I should have because of them. Exposure to many different types of studies and teams.

      Cons

      They advertise room for advancement but instead give more tasks for no extra pay or a title change. A waste of time, but a resume builder. Go there to learn but keep looking for another job. Also, the pay is laughable and no raise or bonus for 3 years.

      Capable teammates and PMs, great cross department cooperation within project teams

      Cons

      Typical of all CROs you will very likely have a very high workload and little time for air.
