Nice team of people, but poor communication from top management and lack of leadership vision - Senior Manager Forvis Mazars Group Employee Review

Highly bureaucratic processes which hinder ability to service clients. Top management rarely communicate to the wider team, rarely informed about joiners/leavers etc. Most of the partners are nearing retirement and seem to care very little about their successors.
