Pros
Beautiful London offices. Good, very frequent appraisal scheme. Everyone is SUPER nice. It is always someone's birthday/engagement/back from holiday/having a baby cakes around. Easy to approach seniors. Expansion to the US with new merger.
Cons
Seniors have trouble communicating sometimes. People are nice but kind of bland, but what do you expect in accounting, it's hardly where the cowboys go. Work on varied clients but is essentially the same, reviewing accounts, but once again if you choose to work in this type of industry, EXPECT it. compensation is ok, just ok.
