Bad Management - Accounting Forward Air Employee Review

Micromanaging, Managers will throw their employees under the bus to make themselves look better, accounting department doesn't operate fairly (some employees can work from home while others have to be in the office 5 days a week), promises never met - offered time off if we work weekends and then never given time off, company only offers 5 days flex and 5 days sick time, management is given unlimited PTO. The environment is very toxic, 7 people have left the accounting department since January and only 2 replaced.
