Pros
I technically worked at the Omni building, and I loved them. Forward Air was just overall terrible to work for. They lost so many people in such a short time that the workload was unbearable, training was decentralized, and the CEO and execs make 5 mil+ per year while u make $20/hr. Only good part was Omni,
Cons
Everything. They literally track EVERYTHING you are doing with cameras, they hire people just to watch you all day. You will get fired or laid off out of nowhere. You will never get a raise or promotion, and you will never receive any type of certification or education.
