Company does not care about their employees - Route Driver Forward Air Employee Review

Company does not pay over-time, straight time only. Found a loop-hole in the law to get around paying overtime. Does not pay maternity leave and will only hold a new mother's job for 3 weeks. Company required me to do 11 hours of onboarding unpaid before I was even hired. Company shut down for a day due to inclement weather and employees were expected to use their PTO for that day. Manager was lazy and unhelpful. He saw himself as a boss, not a leader and would only emerge from his office a couple of times a day to yell at the employees to work harder. Extremely toxic work environment where every single person was miserable
