We recognize that our fast-paced environment can sometimes feel disjointed, and we’re actively working to improve communication, coordination, and support to help every team member feel aligned and equipped for success. Our pace is intentional, but so is our commitment to continuous improvement.
Regarding performance expectations and turnover, maintaining a high-performing team is critical to our long-term success. We set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to support our employees’ growth. However, when expectations are not met despite coaching and support, we do make the difficult decision to part ways. We believe that holding a high standard benefits both the business and the team - ensuring that those who are committed and excelling are surrounded by equally driven coworkers. This also helps create an environment of trust, accountability, and opportunity for those who want to grow and thrive here. We understand that turnover can be challenging, but we view it as a necessary part of building a healthy, high-performance culture where employees are both supported and empowered to do their best work.
