9yWe appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and we’re sorry you don’t like your job here at FSC. I can assure you that Forward Service Corporation regularly invests in both our customers and staff. We have revamped our initial training program in 2016, added more leadership training, and even added more paid holidays. For customers we are running a new, intensive 6-week call center training program so they can start rewarding careers. We value our staff and want to help them do the best job they can, while also following the established rules and guidelines of the state and federal agencies overseeing us. Our monitoring is never about telling a worker he or she is doing a terrible job; it’s about continuous improvement and helping every staff member understand all the in’s and out’s of the Wisconsin Works program. As a non-profit, it certainly isn’t about the money, it’s the mission. At the same time, we comply with the rules of our funding agency so we can, in turn, pay our employees.
