      Pros

      Coworkers are great, genuinely want to help people. Also, pay is decent and you do get PTO

      Cons

      Management has no idea what's going on so they hammer statistics, even going so far as to suggest placing clients in roles they aren't a good fit for. There are plenty of jobs for their clients, but that doesn't matter till people have the skill to succeed in those roles. The focus of management is to place people to meet numbers goals over helping people

      Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

      There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
