Upper management does not listen to staff concerns. They come up with ideas or new policies and instead of implementing on a trial basis/test group or listening to concerns from the staff who actually do the work, they just ignore and redirect. When you bring concerns or comments to their attention, they make you feel that you are the problem and not the process. It is very frustrating. You also are often felt left out if not in a large office and do not get same work place benefits. Often made to feel replaceable and undervalued by upper management. No room to advance without either relocating or changing programs.
