Pros

Real training and time to learn your role. The CEO and higher up actually schedule time to introduce themselves to the new employees and HR and quality assurance are very responsive. Also I love my team and my boss. Also IT is very responsive and easy to work with as well. The work is client-focused while meeting the requirements set by the state.

Cons

The work can be emotionally hard and there will be clients who make you chase them, but it's rewarding to help others succeed. The state is all about redundancy, so some things can be repetitive, but each client is different.

Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
