The coworkers and support they give

Cons

Increased workload with no compensation. Expectations of staff to help people in crisis but also map their dream the first meeting. Requiring the Covid Vaccine after employees have been working out in the General population for the whole pandemic and no concern for then.

Hello. Resolving crisis situations is a natural part of many people's journey to success, so it's somewhat surprising to see it mentioned in the "Cons" section of this review. We also had all employees work from home for weeks when the pandemic first began, and then we supplied PPE for each teammate before they could return to the office. Since then, we've continued offering remote appointments. We've demonstrated our concern for both the public and our staff, and while we hope such situations do not reemerge, we also applaud our Safety Response Team for their attentiveness to the situation.

Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
