Supervisors are a gamble. Some are competent, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Some came into their positions because they’ve been there the longest. Of the two programs I’ve worked with FSC for, one had an amazing supervisor, and one was disengaged -letting their employees fail with the only repercussions falling on the employee side. HR does employee surveys bi-monthly, however these are not anonymous, leading to skewed positive results. HR presents these results as definite as we all roll our eyes.
