3yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. As an organization, we certainly do care about our employees’ wellbeing and their opinions. We have the regular pulse surveys and maintain an open-door policy. I’m not sure where the turnover rate you cite comes from, but our rate is 22%, which is well below the national average for similar companies. Offering any sort of compensation for a positive review is definitely not a corporate initiative and we have not “paid” for the positive reviews in any way. Even if we wanted to, there isn’t any way for us to know who left a review for us - positive or negative. If you have concerns, I urge you to reach out to your supervisors and HR to discuss so we can make changes that improve life for staff and, in turn, for our clients.
