FSC used to be a great place to work, but now all corporate cares about are numbers. HR does not operate with integrity at all whatsoever. Every few months they pressure employees to leave positive Glassdoor reviews, meaning a lot of these reviews are from current employees and sometimes multiple from the same employees as we are asked to do this at least once per year. Our insurance recently changed and all of the corporate staff and workers in Madison are benefitting from low costs and great coverage while the rest of us are having to drive sometimes 30-60 minutes to find an in-network provider, which are few and far between. We did recently receive hefty raises, however this came after large amounts of turnover as no one was being compensated fairly for the amount of work they were doing. Turnover is still rampant, even after the wage adjustments and it makes it difficult to want to stay when we are constantly asked to do the work of three people vs. what we were hired for. The corporate staff don’t care that this is happening since this doesn’t mean extra work for them. They just sit back and make top dollar while the rest of keep this place running.
