      Lives out their values. Everyone is accepted and part of a bigger team helping others.

      Cons

      A lot of paperwork and the State WIOA system (required- Forward Services has nothing to do with it) is outdated and inefficient.

      There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
