      Job is very rewarding as you play a role in helping clients acheive their dreams. Co-workers are great. Some of the team leads are understanding and flexible.

      Cons

      Sick pay and vacation are the same bank. Company is top heavy with mgmt. The focus on TTS vs following state policies can be frustrating.
