Pros

Working as a Case Manager has been incredibly fulfilling. I have had the opportunity to directly impact the lives of our clients, helping them navigate complex situations and achieve positive outcomes. The role offers a deep sense of purpose as you see firsthand the difference your work makes in people’s lives.

Cons

One of the challenges of this role is the high caseload. Managing a large number of cases can be stressful and can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during peak periods. While the team is supportive, the workload can be intense at times. We do have a lot of PTO to use which is nice.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
