Over worked, Management could be better and its a lot of work almost impossible to keep up with. Turnover is crazy in this job

Thank you for your review. We have turned a lot of attention to turnover in the past 2 years because we think our people are our services. We've introduced better training, a mentorship program, and even provided for 4 additional paid holidays in 2015. We will continue striving to support our staff and listen to them.

Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
