Pros

Very satisfying and fulfilling work. Many amazing coworkers and direct managers.

Cons

Benefits aren’t worth the money. Being in a pool for 20+ hours a week is hard on the skin and body. You will be sick almost every single time a new quarter starts.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We're thrilled to hear that you find the work fulfilling and that your connections with coworkers and direct managers have been so positive. We understand that spending extended time in the pool can be tough on your skin and health, especially at the start of a new quarter. To help with this, we provide resources like lotions, shampoo, and conditioner to help care for your skin and hair after pool time. Your feedback about benefits and the need for corporate to stay connected with the team’s daily experiences is invaluable. Please know that our HR team is here to support you, and we welcome you to reach out to HR@fosswimschool.com if you’d like to discuss any specific concerns. Thank you for your dedication and for being such an essential part of our team!

Pros

Gives you space to really develop yourself skills if this is something you want to do.

Cons

It has become corporate and money driven. The bottom line is becoming more important than families. Things feel chaotic and corporate doesn’t communicate well. Management is constantly over worked and underplayed. There is no way to accomplish all of the new mandates corporate has implemented in the last few years

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for recognizing the dedication of our school management teams. We agree that our leaders work incredibly hard to support both their teams and the families they serve. As we've grown, we've continued to evolve our processes and programs to better support our schools. Our corporate teams are here to partner with and support our locations in whatever ways they need, and we know that open communication and employee feedback are essential to that partnership. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as we're always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen the support we provide across our organization. Thank you for your contributions during your time with us. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
