First, the manager, supervisor and all of my colleagues are not willing to give new staff a proper training. They all like with a face unpleasant and when u ask them anything. They dont willing to give you a proper response. Just throwing you a template of training, after you done, thats all! No other training provided! They wish you can just learn from the pictures from their website! As i know, many employee at this outlet has been working 2 to 3 months then already cant bear the behaviour of all of the staff then choose to resigned, not just me. The people that had been staying there already have the bad behaviour like others. Even someone dont have highschool certifictae also can have the job? I dont know how it works…The commission is sososo low and the target was freakin high! If u are trying to making more sales, your colleagues will say: dont be so hard sales, should give sales to others! And they will complain to the manager. But when you dont making sales, the manager will bear all the responsible to you. And they dont have a full sales system to avoid a sales conflict among the colleagues, very old school management. And you have 4 months trial, with NO leave, NO mc, no any benefits And you had to work for a whole day two days per week And too always give you noon shift, i get my work life mot balanced at all during that time. Everyday just working for the sales commission ( super low) and feel very pressured So… please dont come fossil
