Pros

Excellent Benefits Package. Being a salary employee, it has its perks when it comes to holidays.

Cons

HR needs to improve greatly. Other companies of the same size have a much better trained and effective HR team. When recruiting, they promise education reimbursement but do not tell you about the fine print. You need to have a superintendent position to even be considered for education reimbursement for a master's degree. They falsely advertise that they promote from within. Unfortunately, they hire somebody from the outside before considering a current employee that is highly qualified. Politics play a huge role when it comes to climbing the ladder; they are reluctant to innovation and fresh ideas and will only listen to your suggestions if are all for the company and not for the employees. Wages could be better. There are a lot of hours to be put in as a salary employee. If you manage people, expect to have your phone in your hand at all times. Work/ Life balance can become stressful.
