Pros

What happened to this company? Bad leadership and failed changes have hurt Foster Farms. With the CEO leaving I don't see much positive because senior management is not representing the interests of Foster Farms. Let's face it the changes didn't work. We've been successful for 76 years. We still have the best corndog in the county and the best frozen and fresh chicken

Cons

The cons are too many to list but they start with failed leadership that doesn't know how to lead. We had a good culture but that is gone now. We brought in some of the very best talent for all over the county that brought some positive change. They made Foster Farms a better place and a more fun place to work. Yet we are watching our best talent get pushed out the door due to politics. Recent departures have left the office sad, demoralized, and questioning our top brass. Morale is low and trust is low. Most want to leave and spend their day searching for new opportunities. The culture is bad and people want out. We need someone to stop the bleeding. I've never questioned an organization before as much as I do this one. Decisions make no sense and Foster Farms does not seem to care that our best people are being pushed out. It is a real sad time for me as someone that thought I'd be here forever.
