Pros

This company does nothing right.

Cons

Foster Farms in Kelso Washington prefers to keep a skeleton crew that way they can overload their workers with a excess of jobs that way they can keep their bottom line down. Lately Foster Farms has been a target of many groups that have been looking into how they mistreat the animals. What they need to do is look into how the workers are mistreated. They will drive the workers who are not glorified suck-ups to the point of physical exhaustion while their pets are given the easy life. Pray to whatever god you prefer that if you get hurt that you don't get hurt at the Kelso, Foster Farms plant. If you get hurt instead of going to the hospital (Unless it's a medical emergency) they'll force you to see a doctor of their choice who'll 99% of the time say that the person is ok, even though it's clear they have severe injuries. If the person asks to go to the hospital they'll be told no and if they continue asking their job could be put on the line. Verbal and mental abuse runs rampant at the Foster Farms plant in Kelso, Washington. I've been told that if they could they would lower my pay to nothing while increasing my workload and how long they can keep me working legally under the law. I've seen people get promoted who have mere days worth of experience over people who have been working for 10+ years. The entire system along with the union at the Kelso, Washington Foster Farms is corrupted as is the union. The 15+ years in the workforce I've never seen a company that cares so little for their workers as Foster Farms does. Don't fall for their television ads, it may look all nice on the outside but on the inside is a culture of bullyism and cronyism that knows no limits.
