Pros
Good people, good culture, flexible working. You wouldn't expect it to be this good from earlier reviews, but there was definitely some historical issues around the US office. People leaders are very good at recognising contribution and celebrating achievements. Seems to be a recognition that workload needs to be sustainable. If you work hard, make a contribution and your fit well in the team then you will be supported in terms of development and career progression. Good mix of gender in a tech company, lots of international ethnicities represented. CEO is approachable and talks to people at all levels of the organisation.
Cons
Disorganised, company structure means different teams have different goals - no shared vision. Salaries are perhaps a bit low, so be prepared to negotiate hard as salary increases are entirely at the company's discretion. Don't expect much in terms of salary increases if you aren't being productive, Company values are posted on every single wall in the offices. It actually feels a bit scary at times, makes you wonder why people need such constant reminder of the values. Security training is incessant, and some of it is painfully repetitive and some of the rest has questionable value. After you have watched a few episodes of "The Inside Man" you either lose the will to live or just play the video in the background with the sound off.
