Poor Management - didn't handle normal construction culture well Don't expect a bonus or a raise Minimal recognition, maximum criticism Drivers are also stockers, your crew is there to help out but not required to do much. If you show you are a hard worker, you will get dumped with the last minute jobs and overtime while everyone else goes home (including management!) and leaves you to handle everything on your own, god forbid an emergency arrises.
