Pros

- can work remotely - experience (? i guess?)

Cons

- if enjoy doing the jobs of multiple people all the while getting paid in pennies, then this is the place for you - yearly review process is an absolute joke; they wave the idea in front of you that you might get a raise if you really discuss "your goals" for work and how you might contribute to the company culture, but you will undoubtedly not get a raise - in the same vein, if you aren't actively participating in B.S. committees (kissing a** of higher-ups, basically) then good luck looking like a "good employee". Too bad you don't have anytime, you have to join to get in good - no raise, and yearly inflation increase in pay is not a guarantee. During height of pandemic, they sent around an email asking employees to donate to the foundation all the while they had told their employees that: a. they were not going to give out any raises or bonuses due to "uncertain times" and b. the company was having a record breaking financial year despite, "hard times" . The absolute gall of this company to request money from its employees was absolutely ridiculous and honestly shameful- DO BETTER, FOUNDATION - since its a nonprofit, your job might be funded by a grant and once that grant is up, they will not find another position for you and won't let you know until two months before the contract is up- so good luck finding your next job!
