Pros

Excellent compensation and benefits, highly qualified co-workers, amazing opportunities for connections and advancement, and solid leadership.

Cons

Not for the inexperienced—be prepared to work hard, work outside normal business hours, and dive in really deep. Very intense work environment—which is good, you just have to be cut out for it.

Pros

Great leadership, good culture, fantastic benefits, work/life balance, passionate people. FGA is the best place I've ever worked.

Cons

Typical challenges of working in a remote environment. But leadership recognizes those issues and tries to address them.

Pros

Expectations are high, but good management helps in prioritization and guiding staff in everyday decision-making, overall, they equip you for success. This is a fast-paced organization, yet work-life balance is fantastic if you set boundaries with yourself and communicate clearly with your supervisor and colleagues on timelines and bandwidth. FGA does a really great job in making people feel included in a remote environment. Great work is rewarded and those willing to grow, learn, and rise to the challenge will be respected and promoted. Leadership is always looking ahead, outlining future goals and tactics, and aren't afraid to back down from an uphill battle. It's clear they truly want what's best for the organization and its employees. The company runs on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), so take a look if you aren't familier with the way businesses structure themselves when using EOS.

Cons

There are still some residual cultural obstacles to overcome in moving from a startup in the first five years to now a full-fledged think tank with over a decade of experience. By keeping an eye on where the organization is heading and understanding your place in that growth you'll be in a great spot.
