Pros

Remote Work Flexibility: A major plus was the fully remote work model, which offers great flexibility. Internet Bonus: The company provided a valuable internet bonus, which was a clear and appreciated perk that helped cover remote working expenses.

Cons

Severe Disorganization: The environment was largely disorganized and lacked clear structure or processes, which made efficient QA work difficult and often frustrating. Weak Leadership: My direct Team Lead lacked necessary leadership skills. This contributed significantly to the general disorganization and lack of clear direction for the team. Company Instability: Working under the name Sitel Nicaragua felt a bit unstable and raised questions about the company's long-term structure or direction.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
