Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your insights and the positive aspects you've highlighted, such as the hourly wage of $17 per hour. However, we understand that the "bonus" system and the requirements you've mentioned can be challenging. At Foundever, we are committed to creating a supportive and positive work environment where associates feel valued and respected. This commitment led to the implementation of our MAX (My Associate Experience) Program. MAX empowers our associates to have their voices heard and share their ideas on how we can improve benefits, tools, and training for both associates and managers. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback will be shared with the appropriate teams. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
