Pros

None. Shady company. Beware of them

Cons

These people will not pay you your hours you worked and no matter how good you do on your surveys. If you don't finish fast with the customers on the phone which in turn gives your manager a bonus. They will fire you

We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. We understand that not every experience meets expectations, and we take concerns about pay and workload seriously. At Foundever, we strive to ensure that hours worked are accurately recorded and compensated, and we encourage any current or former associates with unresolved concerns to reach out to People Services for support. We are also committed to creating a fair and respectful work environment and regularly review internal processes, performance expectations, and feedback through tools like the MAX survey to drive continuous improvement. Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
