Pros

Lots of good, hard working people that work their tails off for very low pay.

Cons

Anything goes here ! Management documents nothing, total lack of processes documentation is intentional. Instructions are verbal rather than written where no record of actions remain. Simple things like backing up e-mail do not exist, also intentional where records will often be "lost" when you try to document failures in the system. Employees are paid the lowest possible rates based on the local economy, sites very close together can have huge gaps in Agent pay. There is no hope to Advance here , you may go from $7.25 to 8-25 in the first couple of years, but must meet numerous "gating" states to get your raises. Many workers at poverty level when working full time. 30% of employees cannot afford benefits. Awful 401K match = 1% Worst HR department I have ever seen in my life. Discrimination, harassment, playing favorites and nepotism is the norm. If ever there were a company that is a total cluster, this is it. Run, don't walk away

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
